Custom Coop FAQ's

Do you custom build all of your coops?

Yes!  Each coop is custom built to each customers request and is built right here at our home shop.  

How do I go about ordering a coop?  

For us to custom build your coop, we start with an initial conversation on your needs and budget.  We have many of the coops we have built here on our website.  You may start here, or may have seen something online that you'd like us to build.  Either way, once we know what you'd like, we work up a cost and once we agree, we will email an order form with your specific coop details.  If all looks good, we will email you an invoice for 1/2 the total as a deposit.  Once we have your deposit, you are officially on the schedule.  Once construction begins we will be in touch with an estimated time your coop will be ready.  Once completed and we deliver or you pick up your coop, then you will pay the remaining balance.  After you receive your coop, we will be in touch to make sure everything is working and to see if you have any questions.  We provide a 1 year warranty on all our coops, therefore if you have any issues with your coop, we will do what it takes to make it right.
